PROYECTO CLOUD-ASSESSMENT OF DAIRY PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE – CAD2P

Dulcegrado S.L. está llevando a cabo el proyecto CAD2P, en colaboración con Glaücor Ingeniería, S.A. y Advanced Optical Technologies S.L. (AOTECH) y gracias a la financiación de S3FOOD. 

Este proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de un sistema de monitorización del consumo energético, de los tiempos de producción, de las cantidades de materia prima utilizadas y de las unidades de producto obtenidas, con el objetivo de disponer de datos reales sobre el impacto que tendría la instalación de un pasteurizador HTST en nuestra capacidad de producción y el impacto del sistema AONIR en la optimización de la materia prima y en la homogeneidad de los diferentes lotes de nuestros productos.

Dulcegrado S.L. is undertaking the CAD2P project, in collaboration with Glaücor Ingeniería, S.A. and Advanced Optical Technologies S.L. (AOTECH) and thanks to funding from S3FOOD.

This project consists of the development of a system to monitor the energy consumption, production times, quantities of raw materials used and units of product obtained with the aim of having real data on the impact that the installation of an HTST pasteuriser would have on our production capacity and the impact of the system AONIR in the optimisation of the raw material and in the homogeneity of the different batches of our products.
